OLYMP Offers Top Jobs in the World of Fashion

OLYMP Bezner KG in Bietigheim-Bissingen (Ludwigsburg district, Baden-Württemberg, Germany) recognises its social responsibility as a qualified training company in the German textile and clothing industry. In order to meet the growing demand for skilled labour, we offer a whole range of interesting apprenticeships." Those who successfully complete their vocational training or dual study programme have a very good chance of being taken on by OLYMP. Mark Bezner adds: ‘Quite a few of our long-standing team members and managers started their careers with a solid vocational training programme with us.’

Eleven trainees and dual students started at OLYMP at the beginning of the current training year 2024/2025. In total, there are now 21 trainees in the industrial clerk (15), warehouse logistics specialist (5) and IT specialist for system integration (1) programmes. There are also 17 dual students in the Business Administration - Retail Fashion Management (7), Business Administration - Industrial Service Management (2), Business Administration - Digital Business Management (6), Business Informatics - Business Engineering (1) and Business Informatics - Data Science (1) degree programmes.For the coming training year 2025/2026, 16 training and study places will once again be offered for the professions of industrial clerk, warehouse logistics specialist, IT specialist for application development, IT specialist for system integration and the Business Administration - Retail Fashion Management and Business Administration - Digital Business Management degree programmes. The application phase for the 2025/2026 training year is currently underway.

Fashion supplier OLYMP has already been recognised for its outstanding training achievements in the past, for example by the Ludwigsburg District Chamber of the Stuttgart Region Chamber of Industry and Commerce. Apprentices at OLYMP can complete their training particularly successfully and achieve excellent examination results in the final examinations of the Chamber of Industry and Commerce.

In addition, the high-quality clothing range, which includes business, casual and gala shirts, knitwear and accessories, is sold in more than 40 countries worldwide. In the past financial year, OLYMP was able to increase sales slightly compared to the previous year despite the persistently difficult conditions. The revenue generated totalled 229 million euros in 2023.
