German fashion brand creates digital brand experience in the Alpine republic
OLYMP Bezner KG, in Bietigheim-Bissingen (Ludwigsburg district, Baden-Württemberg, Germany), is expanding its e-business into Switzerland. The digital flagship store with its unique opportunities for brand and product presentation will therefore also be the central medium for brand communication in the Swiss confederation in the future.

Following the success of the country shops in Germany, Austria, the Netherlands, France, Belgium and Luxembourg, Switzerland is now the seventh market in which the OLYMP fashion brand is launching its e-business. The Swiss web shop is available in German, English and French, and al-lows purchases to be made in the local currency of Swiss Francs. To begin with, payments can be made by credit card or via payment provider Klarna. More payment options will be added shortly. Effective shipping is dealt with via the efficient OLYMP logistics centre in Bietigheim-Bissingen and long-standing Swiss logistics partner M+R Spedag Group AG in Schaffhausen. The final stage of the delivery process is taken care of by the Swiss Post, which also makes it easy for returns to be processed. Thanks to this well-coordinated logistics, orders in Switzerland can be delivered within just three days on average.
The OLYMP web shop, which underwent a complete redesign just a few months ago, creates a unique user experience by means of its emotional appeal. The visual focus of the online shop, which is optimised for mobile devices, is on integrating inspirational elements. These can be found in par-ticular at the key points of the customer journey – from initial contact and the purchasing process through to long-term customer loyalty. The home page and content-related landing pages impress with large-format motifs and product-relevant text and image elements. Its modern design also uses eye-catching campaign videos and high-quality product photography for shirts, jumpers, T-shirts, trousers, undergarments, accessories and more.
OLYMP Bezner KG, based in Bietigheim-Bissingen near Stuttgart, is the market leader for shirts in Germany. In addition, its high-quality clothing range is distributed in more than 40 countries world-wide. In 2024, it generated revenue of 212 million euros. OLYMP is primarily distributed through specialist clothing retailers. As part of its own retail strategy, which represents an important addition to the expansion of its brand presence, OLYMP is pursuing a prudent expansion strategy. Around a quarter of its revenue is generated through the company's own retail activities, which currently in-clude 52 bricks-and-mortar OLYMP stores in Germany and Austria as well as the company's own OLYMP online shop.
